“I live and work in the Sussex High Weald (UK) and originally trained as a Civil Engineer but left that career to study painting at Eastbourne College of Art and Design in 1989.

I am an artist who uses printmaking techniques (multi-block linocut and drypoint) to make my art and am chiefly inspired by the history and mystery of the British landscape – its shapes, rhythms and patterns and the stories they tell.

Having started my artistic career as a painter I believe I bring a unique, painters’; approach to my printmaking, using colour to express my emotional connection with places that inspire me.

I’ve taken part in numerous exhibitions up and down the Country and have had my work reproduced on ‘The Artists Bridge’ in Hailsham. I’ve had work longlisted for the Jacksons Art Prize, shortlisted for The Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair and have been selected for the Ironbridge Printmaking Competition.

I am member of ‘The Sussex Arts Collective’ and show regularly at their gallery in Seaford and have work in Edwards & Todd Gallery in Lewes”
