“I’m a professional participatory, visual artist making lanterns over a decade for Wakehurst Kew, Waddesdon Manor & Longford Lights, lreland.
Based in Barcombe, East Sussex, my lanterns are inspired by our natural environment and there’s a unique movement in my work that is led by the material.
I am especially driven to make new contextual site specific work. I get excited by the potential of new spaces, whether that’s indoors, or within the wider landscape. I’m always keen to use reflection or height, plus enjoy designing and delivering high quality participation projects like the ‘community chandeliers’. These pieces are now for hire.
If you are interested in commissioning a lantern or think I could work with your community to help develop a light trail, please get in touch.”
