“I am a UK-based artist working in abstract relief and wall-based assemblage using reclaimed timber and found materials. Born in Belfast and raised during the Troubles, my work is shaped by a sensitivity to place, memory, and what remains after disruption.

Each piece begins with what I find - offcuts, weathered wood, surfaces marked by time. I work intuitively, allowing the material’s history to guide the form. My background in environmental work informs a practice rooted in reuse and repair, where fragility and balance sit in quiet tension.

Many works begin as abstract drawings of paths, boundaries, and shifting terrain, later translated into layered constructions that reflect movement and memory. Influenced by Constructivism and the material-led approaches of artists such as Robert Rauschenberg and Margaret Mellis, I explore how broken elements can be reassembled into something held, precarious, yet whole.”
